How we handle your information, and what to expect when you visit.
Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to manage a booking: your name, phone number and, where you provide it, your email address. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are stored in that conversation thread.
How we use it
Your details are used to confirm appointments, contact you about a visit and, if you agree, share occasional offers. We never sell or rent guest data.
Health information
Any health note you share before a treatment (injuries, allergies, conditions) is used solely to keep your session safe and is seen only by your therapist.
Retention and your rights
We keep booking records only as long as needed for our records and UAE legal obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by emailing info@oceanfootspa.ae.
Website and cookies
This site uses essential cookies only, such as remembering your language preference. Embedded maps are served by Google and follow their own policies.
Bookings and arrival
Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the appointment time. Late arrivals may receive a shortened session so the following guest is not delayed.
Cancellations
Please cancel or reschedule at least two hours in advance by phone or WhatsApp. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Men-only policy
Ocean Foot Spa serves male guests aged 16 and over. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Conduct
We provide professional therapeutic treatments only. Any inappropriate behaviour or request ends the session immediately, with no refund, and may be reported.
Payment and pricing
Prices are shown in AED and may change without notice. Payment is due at the end of the session by cash or card. Services are non-refundable once delivered.
Personal belongings
Lockers are available for your convenience. Ocean Foot Spa is not liable for valuables left unattended on the premises.
